Delivery Information

The company accepts no liability for any delay in delivery or any consequence of such delay.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Delivery will be between normal working hours; we are unable to confirm a time or date at the point of sale.
Duraquip will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.
Delivery charges are based on pallet numbers, weight and postcode.
Orders will be dispatched by reputable haulage companies with delivery services to Mainland UK, Highland, Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
All other destinations will have to be priced separately, by phone or email.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.
